My Wonderful Land, Indonesia

When I strolled with nature,
I saw clusters of trees
planted their heavy feet on Prithvi.
I saw birds of paradise
flying through the exquisite archipelago.

I might tell you!
what an affluent country I have here.
Live on the thrivin' island,
with the green foliage, fresh water,
cool air, plenty of quarries.
they say -a land of heaven.
and you know? it's mine!
My wonderfil land, Indonesia.

look around you, my little fellows,
books and knowledge are everywhere.
kids sing in the kindergarten,
boys and girls enter the elementary school
since they're seven.

junior high, senior high, and the university,
they are accessable for all in this country.
stop thinking about the fee, parents!
'cause the gov gives you the subsidy.

Hmmm,
they are our children,
the great successor of this heaven.
they eat fish and drink milk,
grow strong in tranquility.
they run with their healthy body,
run into the straw of expectancy.

and you see?
they are our parents,
sitting relievely in the arm chair.
no stoke, no diabetes, no heart attack.
they thank us for the health care we gave,
portrait a smile in their old age.

we are proud of being Indonesian.
